What Is Nitro Cold Brew?

Most iced coffee is hot coffee poured over ice. It's watered down, acidic, and mediocre by the time it hits your cup.

Cold brew is different. The coffee steeps slowly in cold water, which pulls out the smooth, rich flavors and leaves the bitterness behind. No heat. No shortcuts.

We serve it on nitrogen — the same process that gives Guinness that famous cascading pour. Watch your cup fill. That's not a gimmick. That's just what good coffee looks like.

Our Story

I'm a family man from Salem, Missouri. I'm not a barista and I'm not a coffee snob. I just know what good coffee tastes like, and I know that most people at a farmers market or a festival deserve better than what they're getting out of a gas station cup.

Blitz Coffee started because I wanted to bring something worth stopping for — a cold brew that's smooth, not bitter, served fast, and worth every dollar.

I don't even drink coffee. My brother does, and he's the pickiest guy I know. He approves.
